- How long does the data transfer take?
- Usually up to 24 hours from the moment we receive your Booksy Biz data.
- Is my Booksy Biz data safe with you?
- Yes. Our team carries out the migration. We give you a secure way to send us the data, and we process it in line with GDPR.
- Will I lose the clients who came from Booksy?
- No. You get your client base and appointment history from Booksy, and we move them into Estetify. You'll find all of them in your new calendar.
- What about my Booksy reviews?
- They stay on Booksy. We don't move reviews, because they're easy to change in an export file, and a review has to be trustworthy.
- SMS messages are included in Booksy Biz. What about you?
- Not all of them. With Booksy Biz you don't pay for SMS notifications, but you pay 35 zł net for each additional employee. With us, your whole team is included in the subscription and you only pay for the SMS messages you send.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
- No, there's no contract to sign. You just accept the terms of service when you create your account.
