- Does the plan include free text messages?
- We give you a one-time bonus of 100 text messages to start once you register in our system. You can buy additional SMS packages from your user panel.
- Can clients book appointments themselves?
- Yes, clients can book through your personalized page. To make it possible, just enable the "self-booking" option in your user panel.
- Do I need a registered business to use Estetify?
- No, you don't need a registered business. You can use Estetify as a private individual.
- Do I have to sign any contract?
- No, you don't have to sign any contract. Creating an account, however, means you accept our terms of service and privacy policy.
- I run a business and I'm on a paid plan - will I get an invoice?
- Yes, we issue invoices at the start of each month and email them to every user who has made a payment in the app. Invoices are always marked as paid.
- Do I have to provide payment card details?
- No, you don't have to provide card details. Adding a payment card is optional and simply makes paying for services faster. You can also pay for your subscription and text messages via BLIK or a standard bank transfer.
- How does the Salon plan subscription work in Estetify?
- The subscription is automatic and starts the moment you buy it. When it expires, the system automatically renews it for another period (a month or a year).
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just click the "Cancel subscription" button in your user panel.
